INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Burke's Honey
3 eggs
1-3/4 cups milk
2-3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3-1/2 cups bran cereal

DIRECTIONS

1. Beat eggs, honey and oil in small bowl until blended. Set aside. Add egg mixture to cereal mixture and lightly combine.
2. Combine bran cereal with milk in large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
3. Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon in medium bowl. Mix well. Stir into bran mixture. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
4. Bake in preheated 350 °F oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted near center of muffin comes out clean.
