Burke's Clover Liquid Honey
Burke's Clover Liquid Honey contains the light coloured, mild flavour clover liquid honey that Canada is famous for. It's great on bread or a bagel, on a muffin or in baking. Burke's Wildflower Liquid Honey
Wildflower honey is a bit darker in colour, and a bit stronger in flavour than the clover.  It's a favourite for baking, because the honey taste carries through in the finished goods more. If you like your food with a bit more flavour, this might be the honey for you.

Buckwheat honey has a taste that is unique. The bees collect this honey from buckwheat blossoms, which are as white are snow, but it produces dark, rich honey with a strong flavour.
